All orders are non refundable after shipment has accured. Custom size shelves are not refundable after they are built.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandised. Keep packaging and damaged merchandised. The shipper (UPS) will collect the damaged goods.
